Hotkey Solutions builds AI that operates inside regulated systems rather than around them. Our products are distinct, purpose-built for their work, and share a common foundation and a common standard for how they handle judgment, evidence, and audit.
Making information usable
Most organizations hold information they cannot readily use. It sits in the wrong format, or it is buried, or reading it would take time no one has. Our tools convert it into structured, searchable output that fits directly into workflows already in place — whether the input is a case file, a transcript, or a federal solicitation.
Making operations systematic
Manual processes fail quietly. A check is skipped, an intake sits too long, a step goes unlogged, and the gap is not visible until it becomes a problem. We automate the mechanical work and route exceptions to a person, with an audit trail beneath it so the process withstands review. We build into existing systems rather than replacing them.
Making people more capable
Work that requires judgment should not sit beneath work that does not. Our coaching and support tools absorb the repetitive load, within a fixed boundary: the system does not participate in decisions that require professional or legal judgment. A person performs that work; the system handles what surrounds it.
Shared agentic infrastructure
Each product is built on a shared foundation — orchestration, guardrails, escalation logic, and audit logging held to one standard. It is why a product built for a courtroom program and one built for federal capture behave predictably in the same ways, even though they are separate products doing separate work.
